Thanks mate. Yeah i remember all the initial flurry of news at the time of the case that Franck et al were indicating it would be an easy win based on information from those attending, however there was no official ruling after that which i saw. The information that MMCS bailed after failing to pay the 300k would fit, though I would've thought the result (even if a forced withdrawal by MMCS) would still have been officially recorded. I'll do another scan a bit later when im back by a computer. That 5% going back to Cominiere could be important for us. Cheers Cobber, appreciate the help.
