Norway is evidently switching to EVs for enviro reasons, not
economic ones because:
(a) Norway has oodles of oil & gas
(b) EVs in extreme temperatures can have battery issues
. requiring the battery to be heated to temps over Zero deg C
in the winter, this uses extra electricity.
