It is real time video and you can watch the auctioneers or the products being auctioned.If it was not real time you would have a problem bidding.I have not had a problem with neighbours switching on.As I listed the other day,I can watch and bid on live auctions,run a youtube video,watch a movie and be on HC all at the same time,but sound is a bit of a problem if you don't mute some.LOL.I have ADSL1 and it checks out at 1224 kps.
