    I agree with you analysis for both questions you have stated the major financial holder applied the pressure so it’s potentially lose your position or merge and get demoted under the merger.

    For all it’s worth I still have faith in Ian and TMT but under the circumstances Ian personally made a call. He then felt the proposal had to be presented to the shareholders for their vote.

    As for RCF I truely believe they got greedy and are now trying to same themselves. Anyone who knows vanadium knows what an oxidised resource is and how financially troubling it is.

    RCF has too many $$ and not enough sense!

    Worse thing about it is RCF has the cash to help fund TMT and recommend to the government the best project, take a loss on their AVL investment and make many multiples on their 18% holding. But that would be too simple!

    As far as the vote it doesn’t matter how much support the yes vote has. The no vote can block the merger if it has 25% or greater plus a significant number of holders based on the HC forum many oppose the merger at the current valuation.
