I do not believe that the Supreme Court will grant leave to appeal. However, I believe that the case may end up in the Supreme Administrative Court (HFD) if the Head of the mining inspector decides to approve the exploitation concession (which has not yet been announced) and which is then appealed to the government. If the government approves the decision on the exploitation concession, an application for judicial review of the HFD will probably follow, over the government's decision.
