Deals do take time and that's fine however if you are running a company you shouldn't ever set expectations on timeframes for major news to major shareholders and sophisticated investors which happens very frequently. The price runs from this and no news comes out. All it does is create perpetual overhead supply. The only people winning are the ones taking the capital raises at stupid prices and those prices are set by the constant overhead from lack of news and poor timing. Management need to have the ability to manage money enough to line it up with real news for a raise. They really need to break the current current supply cycle by being smart about capital raises and meaningful news delivery.
