My total belief is that if we don't take up the offer the company will get the shares.

Now my humble opinion is that once the offer is over then company will release the good news. Then either the company will be sold off or the execs will clean up.
No company does this type of deal without knowing that they have the goods.

Ego is a go, the execs want more of a go.
The shares will fly once the news is out and once you read it in the paper or it comes up in Sky Business news channel it will be all over, if you want to make serious money

Just my humble opinion.

I will take the offer, its too good to be true.
