I believe Sayona has the ambition to be the main player in the Abitibi hub to process ore from not only NAL & Authier, and will include other smaller players like Jourdan etc who doesn't want to build a concentrator. Hence, Sayona might be planning the 3rd downstream Hydroxide plant in Amos after NAL Carbonate and Moblan Hydroxide.
