It's likely not a 4DS issue, per se, simply because the only news is no news (this can be a good thing or a bad thing, but it's barely a thing). That there would be no news was flagged pretty clearly, pretty consistently.

However, the US has flagged a continued desire to raise rates, McCarthy is out as speaker, India just arrested its opposition leader, it's just every single macro economic condition possible being layered on here. Absent 4DS news, all you have is macro economic news, and there's essentially absolutely no good macro economic news.
