I am encouraged by the fact that CM has bought an additional 271,000 shares (that we know of so far) in three tranches, in the last month.
Is he ramping up the price for some unfathomable reason? I DON'T THINK SO. (What would he have to gain from this?)
So, the only other obvious conclusion is that he thinks they're onto something, which is good news for all the rest of us.
On present market depth it will take about $87,000 in net purchases to break through Ec's 11.5 cent resistance line, which is 2.2 cents higher than the present price. On past performance, the price has risen 1 cent since 8th September, ie., just under a month.
IF things keep going at the same rate, we would break through the 11.5 cent resistance barrier about the end of November, which is an average increase in demand of just over 2,000 shares a day (But it IS an unquantifiable IF. Anything - or nothing - could come over the horizon in the meantime).
