Pentlandite eyes - if the lighter sulphide patches are in fact Pentlandite I would expect some pretty nice Ni grades.
Only circled a few "eyes" and highlighted what looks like remobilised chalcopyrite (green) that is fairly obvious.
When working at Thompson Ni mine in the early 1970s pentlandite eyes nearly always signalled way higher than the average 2% Ni. Talked with a geo around that time and he said Leinster early holes contained 'eyes'. A fairly common feature for better grade massive sulphide Ni.
When I saw the first photo in the announcement I thought this is very likely to be the goods.
Need geometry/size and continuity. Good start and helps the potential in Ruins dolerite which is regionally extensive.
