What has this got to do with Talga? Are we supposed to believe that all mining projects in Sweden will have the Supreme Court swoop in last minute to snatch the exploitation concession away?

"On the basis of a review of the process of granting of the ML (Mining Lease), the SAC (Supreme Administrative Court of Sweden) has determined that the decision by the Swedish Mining Inspectorate was incorrect, as the decision to grant the ML was not adequately supported by environmental studies into a future mining operation. As a result, the Norra Karr ML is no longer granted."

Mark Thompson is fully aware of Norra Karr, having mentioned it more than once in his presentations. Do we really think Talga will make the same mistake by submitting an inadequate environmental study?
