Sorry Shady, as much as i love you, i disagree. I have been studying the Aboriginal plight for over 20 years now and have just finished a refresher course in WA, SA and the NT. A Royal Commission is required to flush out the gross misuse of govt funds. The aboriginal industry is huge and growing very quickly with graft and corruption front and centre. A yes vote will only exacerbate the current exorbitant funding and the misuse of those funds.
