Yup, I'm a pharmacist and I agree with that. As long as the clinical trials continue to prove itself that there is enough evidence required for FDA or TGA (Australia) for the treatment of the disease (whether it be first line or second line use etc..)... then we will be rewarded with the next thing.
Of course we won't know what the future holds but so far so good.
