The price of SLR shares in a few weeks will not prove anything much. Gold stocks are being affected by the US 10 year yield rise currently, whereas the A$ revenue they are receving is increasing for each oz produced, that is if MacBank hasnt locked them into some daft hedging strategy. It will probably take a up to a quarter for unhedged results to come through.
One predicting a stock is a dog and it becoming a dog are binary outcomes. Like calling heads and tails. It doesnt really prove that you were right, as it was and even chance ooutcome. SLR will make gains from here, as KOTH has hit a purple patch (which wont last for ever).
