Probably the belief that the announcement is still just the same spin LG was spouting the last 6 months.
They say recoveries are improving but don't state figures. If they were good enough my feeling is they would want to present them. Something to compare the current recoveries to the DFS recoveries would be helpful to know the progress of their rectification works. My guess is they are not ready to be measured on their progress.
