Progress and opportunity not use DLE ie brine ponds
I am all for DLE but unless EPA is going to allow QXR to reinject concentrated waste brine back into aquifer (controversial) or into a fresh water river (highly unlikely in USA), it is just a waste of $$$
Also for people saying DLE is faster are wrong, there is no difference in yearly production after intitial time to build the plant or ponds between....
- 100,000 ton per year DLE nameplate or
- 100,000 ton per year Brine pond operation nameplate
