    When they say "Proposed capital raising" without the words "Share Purchase Plan" you can be pretty much assured it's to sophisticated holders only

    If you meet that criteria, why not phone or e-mail the company to put your hand up - I would think they may have a minimum quantity (I don't know, just a guess) - say 1m shares minimum
