I think you may have a different idea to what "peanuts" are worth compared to 99% of others investors. I completely agree with your statement of attracting talent and paying people what they are worth but when you have been around these hallways as long as I have, if you are happy with the progess and the remuneration being paid - wow. Just wow. You also forgot Kaolin and all the other recent hype materials. Unfortunately for holders they even missed the REE boat. Yeah its still good and the future potential is there but the hype is gone.
