Water under the bridge - old news which if people had DTOR they would have been aware of that ASIC undertaking
I am not a fan of CD, but I don't think you have read the ASIC order because it applied to him if he worked in the financial services industry & as the AAT found on appeal, one of the unintended consequences of the original order was to potentially stop him acting as a company director
As he was not currently working, or was going to work in the financial advisory industry the AAT revoked the original order & issued a new order that specifically related to CD working in the financial services industry (if that was what he decided to do). He decided not to work in financial services
So whilst a leopard may not change its spots, CD was free to be a company director, which he is. It is beholden upon each investor to DTOR & then make a decision based on that research. If the decision was or is to invest, then each to his/her own. Live by the sword, die by the sword

We don't need you or your ilk, who don't hold shares in companies, telling shareholders who have made their investment/speculative decisions how to suck eggs - most of us already know how.
You have no right to sit in front of a screen all day telling people that in your opinion they are wrong, because you don't agree with them.
The whole idea of HC is open debate, that's what a democracy is all about. I don't think you will find any posts where I have straight out said to someone "you are wrong"
