I'm guessing she's waiting for the sell side to build up. If people think she's stopped buying (not buying for a few days) i think the sell side might start to build up and then one day she'll do a line wipe and take all the build-up to $3.00.
PS did you ever hear back from LTR regarding shareholder registry info in the annual report?
