    Because their balance sheet/performance was assessed/viewed as a loss making manufacturing company

    Now.. it’s all about the hype their molecules will attract which has a potential to have a massive life changing impact to so many cancer sufferers

    Or..:a potential purchaser wanted them to decouple their manufacturing business so they can only buy what they want…
