Ann: Letter to Shareholders, page-33

I finally got to read the "Message to Shareholders". My thoughts are - Too little too late.
I base my decisions on past performance NOT promised performance. The GSR resources are already known, it's not like we are exploring Virgin land.
Attempts to develop a Mt Thirsty JV to a level of at least supplying a crushed & separated battery mineral Ore should have been underway a year or more ago. All the money paid to the BOD in performance shares & salary excess could have gone towards preparing Burbanks for mining years ago.
Even mining on a small scale could have kept the share price up and paid for further development. Supposedly we have experts on the BOD and these performance targets should have been easy for anyone with half an ounce of drive.
Sorry BOD it's a NO from me. The Cash Cow has been milked long enough.
