Would you agree, that a bid for STX would immediately trigger competing bids?
Hence, a party strategically interested in STX would generate a fundamental advantage in any future corporate transaction if this party is able to secure a 10+% stake in STX?
Would you agree, that the SOA proposal for TPD by STX generates the opportunity for such a strategic move (as described above)?

I think, MIN’s M&A has a proven track record (NWE, WGO) to play their cards very smart.
And I think, (at least) MIN has a strategic interests acquiring STX…
