Gina is currently accumilating LTR. She obviously has an agenda to block the TO offer from ALB, she probably only needed 10% but is now upto just short of 15% and appears the whole tiime it's sub $3 she will get to 20%.
If SYA was to be taken over the Canadian Government have terms in place and it would have to be more likely either an australian or american owned company. But IMO there won't be a TO.
