I don't have an account with them so can't comment, but I do know that small parcels are not restricted to the "big boys", though it makes no sense for retail investors to make such small orders considering brokerage. Even institutions need to have a minimum size parcel of $500 though, that is a rule for everyone not just us. After that there are typically no restrictions, unless imposed by the broker
