well the Australian class action continues as each side obviously works through the complexities (read very expensive legal and protessional services bills being paid by someone) for well over 1 and a half years now.
one would think after this time if this class action was of the likes of the "Bolshevic Revolution" that it would be over given the costs juggernaut that these things tend to be.
I just hope there is enough insurance to pay out as Oaktree rank higher than I do and even you have to admit that the MSB balance sheet is not the most robust of others listed on the ASX.
