Well unless one thinks you can build a carbonate refinery at NAL and a concentrator at MOBLAN without more money then of course they need more money . The difference is how that money is raised and we know the company is looking into those issues its part of the process, the options are Govt grants, pre- payments , revenue and debt or a combination of them all....
