His performance REM was nearly zero!. I think it is relevant and possibly reflects why he resigned or was pushed. It seems he just hung around to finalise Annual Report then exited. His contract stated a 90 day period after receipt of written notice (See below in italics). Was there notification 90 days ago that Reilly was to resign? If so then surely that is material? Finally what does it say when the announcement today is titled......Refreshed Management Team to Accelerate Felix Gold.  Refreshed??? If its going to be refreshed then means old team was stale! Go figure!
