Being stuck at 55-60% WCP throughput after the better part of a year is not normal. They've been talking about it for ages but don't seem any closer to fixing the problem(s) based on the latest update.
They are only aiming to recover 1% of the ore and that 1% is only worth $1000/t. There's such a tiny margin for error compared to other commodities.
