I suspect that the ASX use the closing price from the last completed days trading to calculate the yield. Yesterdays close was $32.90 which, according to my calculations, delivers a yield of 2.64% when the annual dividend is $0.87. Todays close of $33.28 will cause the ASX to present the yield at 2.61% when they refresh their database (probably overnight). I was unable to come up with a 2.8% number at any stage so I'm not quite sure how your calculation was achieved.
