Why would she go to all that effort for that.
She wants to partner with ALB is my take, she does not want to partner with retail shareholders.
Who knows maybe between her and ALB they will come up with a joint offer to buy LTR.
I go back to the original announcement to believe in the board where they say:
SHAREHOLDERS DONT NEED TO DO ANYTHING AT THIS STAGE!
