quite rightly too TA.... diligence implies critical assessment and fact checking, ensuring the information one has is valid.
we all know some sources are less reliable than others. as such I rely on the best sources I can find, and I've found it important to check as many sources as I need to for confirmation of those sources as well.
have you checked Robert French as a source to inform your opinion on the Voice. I personally consider his and other former High Court judges to be excellent sources and they, in various independent arguments, have confirmed that the Yes! cases is valid.
