Ramping up at this point could prove suicidal. It was one of the main reasons KLL (Aussie potash co.) went into receivership last month. PNR, as you say, need to achieve a consistent steady state first. Pantoro and Tulla made a lot of fundamental mistakes and terrible financial decisions at Norseman. Not to mention MXR. Paul Cmrlec admits it. Looks like they are getting back on track but we are still on very thin ice.
