my tests on a mixed sequence of "processed" turbidites (typical of the region) clearly shows that it becomes about 50% clay and 50% sand, this supports my belief that for the current Gekko system all potentially clayey turbidites should be excluded, unless as you say a scrubber type module is added to the system - currently the Gekko system is not designed to cope with it
