ow what is left? I assume they still have their healthcare division. In terms of debt that may or may not be held against their pharmaceutical division, They have $279.4 recorded on balance sheet, plus $42 on the gateway facility on balance sheet. This leaves a net figure of $579.

Now, assuming the sigma rewards will need to be brought on balance sheet. Assets are Healthcare Division + $579 million + Sigma Rewards Debtors of $520 million. Liabilities are $520 million of Sigma Rewards debtors.

This looks like an OK deal to me, but i need to get a feel for what encompasses the health care division.
