Ann: Letter to Shareholders, page-35

I am doing a survey.

We need to get 50 shareholders to be able to get a resolution included into this AGM Notice, %0 shareholders can demand a resolution be included into the Annual General Meeting.

I have myself and two others that would sign a request for a resolution.

We need just 47 more.

If we think we can get to 50 thats all we need.

Just 47 seven more.

The solution would be to change the company constitution so that directors are restricted in capital raises and are required mine Burbanks.
