Responding to your questions, I was referring to ASN’s planned DLE processing plant. This assumed a takeover of the Li./Br. rights.
Regarding the second question, detailed above is a description of the failed JV T&C’s. Basically, the second version called for an initial $150k, a $3M loan and $1m in shares for 70% with an option to purchase the balance. It excluded about 10k hectares of Potash permit applications under BML final review.
These terms IMO,reflects at the time of the deal AP’s strategic Potash focus.
