Sales after service is abysmal. Purchased a brand new phone from them. Had it only 3 months and under warranty, I was assured. It is our only phone and kept cutting out, hanging up. Visited local store and could only send phone away for service, could not offer cheap replacement for this period. Explained my age, father in law aged 97 lives out of town and very ill. Sorry lady that is how it is. Selling my large parcel of shares, don't like them. Prefer a company that I like...Millners here I come to get more.
