Germany has posted the highest level of economic growth in 20 years in the last quarter, annaulised rate of 2.2% Germany's main competitor is Japan, whose currency is very high while the Euro has fallen a lot. The growth is export driven. High end machine tools, cars etc.
Con do AEZ property values there any harm this can it? Austria is having a somewhat similar experience.
