Yes Chicklittle....And the most interesting thing about that article is that...chm settled for $7 mill...As you read the article.."Chm alleged that the claim was worth between $150 and $250 million"...and then thay said $7 mill was a great result lol lol....Going on all previous from this company..it would appear..claim high, and accept about 3% of you claim.cos thats a good result..Apply that to current case....Jack hills now valued at approx $800 million (agreed) chm claiming 50%...ie $400 million...on a good day settle for 3%....= $12 mill......Believe mmx may have offered around $5 mill...so that would be a great result..
