I would be happy to support anyone who is an independent director to nominate. I live a long way from KAL and Perth and just not plausible for me.
As I said I would prefer a Director noms strategy before changing consitution. full of legal interpretations to sort out before the change would be accepted for inclusion in AGM. Ie costs to us
