No as sadly the world is full of conflict most brewing from decades long issues or political manoeuvres of other countries. The criteria of donation to one conflict would need to apply to others. Obviously this is a role the company which is at a critical part of its life cycle could not take on. The material can be purchased at reasonable costs for richer countries in conflict at least. For the vast majority of the homeless, suffering on the planet there is no option.
