Interesting that they should do this now.
With the background communication of the management/board being that work by AF has made progress (ie deal negotiations) but can’t be revealed, the company wouldn’t want $500 shareholders selling in Nov (especially to off-market undisclosed buyers) before a SP uplifting deal was announced (that the company would have had some knowledge of now).
It’s questionable enough having GP recently buying shares given he would have (I assume) knowledge of deal negotiations (if they existed) that the public wouldn’t.
