Thompson, you raise that same point I was going to raise, being that this could be the catalyst to flush out another bidder however, I note though:
"Sigma agreeing to deal with Aspen exclusively until 15 October 2010"
What does this mean exactly? That Sigma won't actively pursue other suitors? Surely it doesn't mean anything more than that does it?
