Each holder who sells at present (assuming there’s a limited number of bigger entities buying many of those shares at $3) may presumably be one who would vote “yes” to any future Scheme of Arrangement to sell at $3.
That just increases the percentage of those who are not selling and who may well vote “no” at any future SOA vote…
My view … those who would want to vote “yes” later should sell to HP now so as to increase the percentage effect my later “no” vote will have
