The STX Walyering update of 19/6/23 was not "over-optimistic", it was totally flawed. The DMIRS pipeline licence application had not even been submitted as at that day, yet everything was supposedly "in line with the revised schedule". The pipeline application would eventually be submitted in late July. It's either incompetance or worse.
