No, all the stocks on asx do not operate this way. Certainly not all the businesses listing those stocks. And yes, I and other SH do receive responses even to HC posts from management.
I made a legitimate point about us SH not being informed by Management for an unduly long time. SH can make demands from Management without being in a USSR workers collective. Your smarmy comment not only misses my point but undermines all us SH who legitimately want Management to respond.
Yes, I have read the last Notice by Management and that is precisely why I am concerned. The explanation for why asx took over the suspension only confirmed my fears that Management could have prevented it but is quite content to have it taken out of their hands.
I have no doubt Management already knows the full substance of the Mali Govt demands. SH deserve full disclosure after such a long suspension.
