curious about this one, it does say we are voting for 75,000,000 options for up to SPP, then 1,500,000 to each director for SPP x3 which is 4,500,000
total being 79,500,000 options, as its a 2 for 1 on SPP placement to options *2 = 159,000,000 / 0.01 = one million five hundred ninety thousand.
guess this math was pointless as they are probs going to raise a little more?
