AVZ is currently in negotiations with the DRC Government to advance a memorandum of

understanding (MoU), which will provide a pathway to the granting of the Mining Licence for the Manono Project and the resolution of all arbitrations between AVZ and DRC controlled entities.

Sounds like the MOU has been offered as a quid pro quo deal...call off the legal action and the ML is yours, or some such. However MOUs are generally unenforceable so I guess this is what negotiations are about, trying to get it watertight. Whatever, hard to feel encouraged by another potential legal mess. More bloody patience required.
